Chattahoochee animal clinic monthly specials

Happy Fall everyone!! I hope everyone’s families are doing great. I wanted to take a moment to update all of my clients on some changes that CAC has undergone in the past few months. First, I am thrilled to announce that the prickly holly bushes in the front walkway have been REMOVED!! We have changed the landscaping out front to hopefully be more inviting and less painful as you enter the clinic. We have also changed the lighting in the clinic to hopefully be more calming and relaxing for our patients. I hope it serves as a benefit to some our more anxious patients.

As you may have noticed we have had several changes to our staff. We have hired a new doctor, Dr. Dianne Dawkins. She is a UGA grad and phenomenal doctor. She shares the same views in medicine and patient/client care that this hospital has been founded upon and carries out every day. She brings with her over 20 years of experience in general practice with a rock solid foundation in surgery, internal medicine, and geriatric care. My goal has always been to provide the best possible care for your furry family member, while ensuring that you as the client are fully informed of your pet’s health status and while having “second to none” customer service. She shares this philosophy, so Dr. Dawkins is the perfect fit for the hospital. Now, I want to ensure to all my clients that we still will maintain that small, family friendly atmosphere, while having two doctors and a larger staff. My goal is to improve the efficiency of the hospital, while maintaining a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere for both patient and client. There still will be NO rushing of clients in and out of hospital visits like other multi-doctor practices. My staff, myself, and now Dr. Dawkins truly enjoys getting know all of our clients and their individual pet’s health needs.

Moving along…You may have noticed several new faces. We have been meticulously selecting additional team members for all departments of the hospital that can continue to provide high quality patient and customer care. We still have our core team members, such as Jason, Beatriz, Phil, and Crystal! However, with addition of new team members, my goal is to continue to enhance your positive experience while visiting the hospital. 

Lisa, our rock, up front has retired from the CAC team this month, as she moves to Florida in order to be closer to her children and grandchildren. She will be missed and we wish her the best in the next chapter of her life. We have added a few new receptionists to the team and they have some very big shoes to fill, but I am confident that they are up to the task. I ask that all of my CAC pet parent families be understanding and patient, as we train them to provide that exceptional CAC client care. Good customer service is not acceptable at CAC…Outstanding customer service is our expectation and what our team shall provide.

Things in the works…. Our clinic parking is a work in progress. Currently, Lucky’s Burgers and Brew has been gracious enough to allow our staff to park in their parking lot to open up more client parking spots. This has greatly improved our parking space numbers and created easier parking conditions for clients. We are currently reviewing additional options to improve our parking for everyone and should have a solution in the upcoming months.
